Description:

Strong Sous Chef with 5 star or cruise ship experience to manage kitchen and brigade for, Board Room Fine Dining, VIP Lounge and Staff Restaurant 

Requirements:

• Male.
• Good knowledge and skills in kitchen management.
• Good understanding of food safety at HACCP standard.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Good understanding of restaurant dinning 
• Having some supervisory experience and being seen as a role model with in your team
• A passion for delivering great food
• Have a very high standard of health and hygiene regulation
• Basic English understanding in written and Orel
• And basic computer skills.
